આ કેન્સલેશન નીતિ મચ્છુ કઠિયા સાઈ-સુથાર સેવા સમાજ ટ્રસ્ટ ("ટ્રસ્ટ") ની વેબસાઈટ પર થતા સભ્યપદ, હોલ બુકિંગ, ઇવેન્ટ ટિકિટ અને મચ્છુ દીપ સબ્સ્ક્રિપ્શન પર લાગુ પડે છે.
હોલ બુકિંગ: બુકિંગ રદ કરવા માટે ટ્રસ્ટની ઓફિસનો સીધો સંપર્ક કરવો. હોલ બુક થયા બાદ ડિપોઝિટની રકમ પરત મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે નહીં. બાકીની રકમ અંગેનો નિર્ણય ટ્રસ્ટ બુકિંગ તારીખ અને સંજોગો જોઈને લેશે.
સભ્યપદ: એકવાર મંજૂર થયેલું સભ્યપદ રદ કરવા માટે ટ્રસ્ટની ઓફિસને લેખિતમાં અથવા ઈમેલ દ્વારા જાણ કરવી. ખોટી માહિતી અથવા દસ્તાવેજો આપવામાં આવ્યા હોય તો ટ્રસ્ટ સભ્યપદ રદ કરવાનો અધિકાર ધરાવે છે.
ઇવેન્ટ ટિકિટ: ઇવેન્ટ શરૂ થવાના નિર્ધારિત સમય પહેલાં ટ્રસ્ટનો સંપર્ક કરવાથી જ ટિકિટ રદ કરવાની વિનંતી માન્ય ગણાશે. ઇવેન્ટ ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા રદ કરવામાં આવે તો ચૂકવેલી રકમ પરત કરવામાં આવશે.
મચ્છુ દીપ સબ્સ્ક્રિપ્શન / ઓટોપે: તમારા ડેશબોર્ડમાંથી ગમે ત્યારે ઓટોપે બંધ કરી શકાય છે. ઓટોપે બંધ કર્યા પછી આગામી ચક્રથી ચુકવણી લેવામાં આવશે નહીં; ચાલુ ચક્રનો સમયગાળો પૂર્ણ થાય ત્યાં સુધી સેવા ચાલુ રહેશે.

This Cancellation Policy applies to membership, hall bookings, event tickets and Machu Deep subscriptions made through the website of Machchhu Kathiya Sai Suthar Seva Samaj Trust ("the Trust").
Hall bookings: To cancel a booking, please contact the Trust office directly. The deposit amount is non-refundable once the hall is booked. Any balance amount will be handled by the Trust based on the booking date and circumstances.
Membership: To cancel an approved membership, inform the Trust office in writing or by email. The Trust may cancel a membership if false information or documents were submitted.
Event tickets: A cancellation request is valid only if made to the Trust before the scheduled start of the event. If the Trust itself cancels an event, the amount paid will be refunded.
Machu Deep subscription / AutoPay: You can switch off AutoPay at any time from your dashboard. After AutoPay is stopped, no further payments will be charged from the next cycle; the service continues until the current paid cycle ends.
