By registering on, or using, this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Membership is open to eligible individuals as decided by the Trust. Submitting a registration does not guarantee approval, and the Trust reserves the right to approve or reject any application. Providing false information may lead to rejection or cancellation of membership.

The member directory (including photo, name, age, mobile number, address and occupation of the member and their family) is provided for the community's internal use only and must not be copied, downloaded in bulk, or used for commercial or marketing purposes.

All payments — membership fee, hall booking, Machu Deep subscription, and any other paid service — are collected online through Razorpay. Payment confirmation is subject to successful processing by Razorpay; the Trust is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the payment gateway, bank, or network issues. Refunds and cancellations, where applicable, are governed by the specific service's policy (e.g. Hall Booking Terms) and will be processed to the original payment method through Razorpay.

Hall bookings are additionally subject to the separate Hall Booking Terms & Conditions shown at the time of booking.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Misusing the website, uploading false documents, or attempting unauthorized access is not permitted.

All content, logos and design on this website belong to the Trust and may not be reproduced without permission. The Trust may revise these Terms at any time; continued use of the website means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction. For any questions about these Terms, please reach us via the Contact page.
